With years of experience in some of the top kitchens across the nation (Alinea, Eleven Madison Park, and Miller Union, to name a few), Sean has honed his craft by blending modern techniques with a passion for timeless classics. Now rooted in Maine, he’s bringing his expertise and love for high-quality, local ingredients to every burger.

  • Funny you should ask! It’s named after Sean’s two sons and harshest burger critics, Henry and Arthur. The whole thing was inspired by his desire to make delicious, nourishing food that families like his own can enjoy— burgers that are simple, approachable, and loved by both picky eaters and hardcore burger fanatics alike.
